These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Solana Validator Metrics (the "App"), provided by Boundless Endeavors LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App displays information about the Solana blockchain network, including validator statistics, staking data, and related metrics, and provides calculators and other tools for exploring that information. The App is provided for general informational purposes only.
Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice, and nothing in the App is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, stake, delegate, or otherwise transact in any cryptocurrency, token, or other asset.
Information and calculator results shown in the App are hypothetical, estimated, or historical in nature and are not a prediction or guarantee of future results. Cryptocurrency networks and assets are volatile and involve significant risk, including the possible loss of your entire investment.
You are solely responsible for your own decisions, including any decision to stake or delegate to any validator. Before making any financial decision, you should do your own research and consider consulting a qualified professional who is familiar with your individual circumstances.
We work to present useful information, but we do not guarantee that anything in the App is accurate, complete, current, or reliable. In particular:

The App displays information about, and retrieves data from, third parties, including blockchain RPC providers, validators, and other data sources. It may also contain links to third-party websites or services.
We do not own, operate, control, or endorse these third parties. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, conduct, content, policies, fees, or performance. A validator's appearance in the App is not an endorsement or a statement about its trustworthiness or future performance. Your interactions with any third party are solely between you and that third party.
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to disrupt or overload the App or its supporting infrastructure, circumventing security or rate-limiting measures, or using the App in violation of applicable law.
THE APP AND ALL INFORMATION, TOOLS, AND CALCULATORS IN IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOUNDLESS ENDEAVORS LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP, ANY INFORMATION OR CALCULATOR RESULTS IN THE APP, OR ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature of it at any time without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time; the updated Terms will be posted at the same location with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
